A new-build family home in Kenilworth, currently under construction. Each of the five bedrooms has its own en-suite, set around spacious living and entertaining areas, a large kitchen and an entrance hall built to make an impression. A dedicated wellness and leisure space includes a swim spa, sauna, steam room and cinema room.
A statement staircase forms the centrepiece of the interior, finished with Venetian plaster and porcelain tiling throughout. Outside, we are building a substantial summerhouse and landscaping the grounds with planting, water features and space for entertaining, so the garden is finished to the same standard as the house.
