2026 marks our tenth year: a company built up from a bricklayer's apprenticeship into the contractor architects across the region trust with their most demanding work.
Contemporary Construction Services was founded in 2016 by a construction professional with four decades of experience, from a bricklayer's apprenticeship through 12 years of project work in Germany and Holland, to Managing Director of a business now delivering multi-million pound contracts across the South Midlands.
2026 is the company's tenth year. In that time, we have built a reputation at the highest end of the residential construction market. We work almost exclusively through architect referrals, which is the most reliable indicator of professional trust in this industry. Our current workload stands at over £8m. Our benchmark has never changed.
