QS-Backed Pricing
Every quotation is produced by a Quantity Surveyor and the full report is handed to you as part of your contract pack, so there are no estimates and no ambiguity on cost.
Single Point of Contact
One named contact manages your project from contract signature through to handover, with no handoffs between departments and nothing left for you to chase.
Weekly Progress Reporting
Weekly updates, WhatsApp communication, photo documentation and regular site meetings come as standard on every project, so you always know exactly where your build stands.
FMB Contract
As Federation of Master Builders members, we cover every completed project with an FMB contract with the option of warranty, a defects liability period and full handover documentation.
Vetted Supply Chain
We use our own workforce and a network of vetted subcontractors, all holding the required certifications and accreditations. We hold full public liability, employers' liability, and professional indemnity insurance.
Luxury New Builds
We act as main contractor on high-end residential new builds and architect-led developments. We manage the full scope from groundworks through to final fix, with a QS programme running throughout. Suited to developers commissioning multi-unit schemes and private clients building executive homes from the ground up.
Extensions & Refurbishments
We take on complex extensions and full-property refurbishments for clients at the premium end of the market. This includes Grand Designs-level projects, period property renovations, and large-scale modern extensions requiring precision build quality. Design coordination, planning, and construction are managed as a single process.
Project Management
For clients requiring oversight across a full development, we provide end-to-end project management from initial design and planning coordination through to turnkey completion. We work alongside architects, structural engineers, and QSs, managing the programme, the supply chain, and all client communication.
Our simple process
Every project begins the same way, with a clear and considered process from the first conversation through to the day we hand over the keys. Here is what to expect from first contact.
Get in touch with a brief overview of the project. We will ask a few questions to understand the scope and confirm it is the right fit.
We visit the site, assess the works, and confirm whether we are able to take the project on.
Our Quantity Surveyor produces a full report and quotation, presented alongside a proposed programme of works. Quotes take approximately ten working days from site visit.
Contract signed. Client pack issued. Your named project contact is in place from day one through to handover.
