We work with architects, developers, and high-net-worth private clients across the South Midlands. If you have a luxury new build, a complex extension or a full refurbishment in mind, we want to hear from you, with no obligation and just a straight conversation about whether it is the right fit.

How do you price your projects?
Every quotation is produced by a Quantity Surveyor. The full QS report is handed to you as part of your contract pack. Depending on the project we use fixed-price, cost-plus or formal tender contracts, and quotes take approximately ten working days from site visit to delivery.
Who manages my project day to day?
You have a single named contact from contract signature through to handover. That person attends every site meeting, issues every progress update and is who you call if anything needs attention, so there are no handoffs.
How will I be kept informed during the build?
Regular reports, WhatsApp updates, photo documentation and regular site meetings come as standard, and any change to the programme is communicated at the earliest opportunity, so you will never hear about a problem after the fact.
What cover do I have after the project completes?
Every project is covered by an FMB contract with the option of an insurance-backed warranty, including a defects liability period. Full certificates, warranties, and sign-off documentation are provided at handover. We also offer aftercare and maintenance packages for ongoing support after completion.
Do you take on direct enquiries, or only work through architects?
The majority of our work comes through architect referrals, but we welcome direct enquiries from developers and private clients. If the project is the right fit, we will take it on. The first step is a call to discuss what you have in mind.
