Lower Moor
Five contemporary homes, three houses and two bungalows, under construction in a Worcestershire village.
Five homes, shaped by their rural setting
A development of three houses and two bungalows in Lower Moor, a village between Pershore and Evesham, currently under construction. The homes range from two to five bedrooms and are laid out around a landscaped pond, with a mix of brick, off-white render and cedar cladding chosen to sit comfortably within the surrounding countryside.
Inside, open-plan kitchen and living areas and en-suite bedrooms are paired with glazed gables and private balconies on several of the homes, bringing in light and connecting the interiors to the landscape around them. Air source heat pumps and solar panels are built in, and each home will be finished with its own landscaped garden.
